These are sample Terms of Use for the Get & Let platform. By using the platform, you agree to the following:

1. Nature of the service. Get & Let connects people to swap or give away used items. We don't own, inspect, or guarantee any item listed by users.

2. User responsibility. You're responsible for the accuracy of your own listings, for inspecting items before completing a deal, and for acting safely when meeting other users.

3. Prohibited content. Illegal, unsafe, or infringing items may not be listed. Our moderation team may remove any listing or account that violates our guidelines.

4. Paid promotion. Boost and Spotlight fees are non-refundable once activated, and expire automatically at the end of their term.

5. Limitation of liability. The platform is provided "as is," without warranties. We are not a party to any exchange agreement between users and are not liable for disputes arising from them.
